The creativity juices are really flowing at theSnappyCamper.com this month! Last weekend, my baby boy celebrated his EIGHTEENTH birthday and I marked the occasion by creating yet another "one for the road" that I aptly named the 'Happy Birthday' (for the over 21 set, of course):

Ingredients:
8 oz container of Fruit Naturals Red Grapefruit (drained)
20 oz can of Dole Pineapple Chunks (in juice)
20 oz Orange Juice
20 oz Bacardi White Rum
half a shot of grenadine

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and puree.  Serve over ice.  ENJOY!
